Tom Buckman brings decades of experience in trading, compliance, and operations to Buckman, Buckman & Reid, Inc., where he plays a key leadership role in overseeing the firm’s headquarters.
Tom began his career in 1991 with ADP Brokerage Services Division before moving to Gruntal & Company, where he specialized in compliance and conducted firm and branch office audits—building a strong foundation in regulatory oversight and risk management.
Since joining BB&R in 1997, Tom has been instrumental in developing and managing the firm’s Equity Trading Department, helping to establish disciplined trading processes and operational efficiency. Today, he serves as Branch Office Manager of the firm’s Little Silver, New Jersey headquarters, where he oversees day-to-day operations and supports the firm’s continued growth.
A graduate of Saint Francis University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Tom is known for his attention to detail, leadership, and commitment to maintaining the high standards that clients expect from BB&R.
