Chip Buckman is a seasoned financial professional with over 30 years of experience helping clients grow, protect, and enjoy their wealth. He began his career in municipal bonds at Halpert and Company before joining Buckman, Buckman & Reid, Inc. in 1994, where he quickly became a driving force behind the firm’s expansion and long-term success.
Chip has played a pivotal role in shaping BB&R’s modern Wealth Management platform—helping grow the firm into a multi-office organization with a strong reputation for personalized service and disciplined investment strategies. In 2004, he founded Buckman Advisory Group LLC, which today manages over $300 million in client assets.
Known for his straightforward advice and client-first philosophy, Chip focuses on building long-term relationships rooted in trust, transparency, and results. His approach is simple: treat every client the way he would want his own family treated—combining thoughtful planning with practical, real-world investment strategies.
A graduate of Saint Francis University, Chip is equally committed to his community. He is an active member of the Red Bank Knights of Columbus, a past Rotary Club president, and has spent years coaching youth sports.
When he’s not working with clients, Chip enjoys spending time with his wife of over 25 years and their four children.
